Bone density measurement

Dear ImageJ Users,
I have just started using ImageJ for the first time. I want to use ImageJ
for bone density measurements in radiographs with a reference stepwedge. I
read the manual but I did not find anything about bone densitometry! Would
you please be kind enough to let me how can I do it?
