Bug? Paintbrush tool behaviour

Hi
In the 1.49t12 jar the paintbrush tool behaves odd.
On a black image, the first time I try to paint a circle anywhere in the
image, there is one appearing centred on the top left image corner and none
appearing where the cursor is.
After that you need to move the cursor to draw but it is not possible to pain
a single pixel.

1.49s works fine.

This ImageJ 1.49t5 regression is fixed in the latest daily build (1.49t14).
