I noticed some unexpected behaviour in the Grid/Collection stitching
plugin. When using the plugin with the 'Positions from file' and
'Defined by image metadata' options selected to stitch a series of tiled
images acquired in Micromanager, the stitching works as expected, but
the generated output file 'TileConfiguration.registered.txt' with the
coordinates for each image lists the same original image file name for
all image coordinates. The content of one of my
TileConfiguration.registered.txt files is shown below. The file name
shown appears to be always the one of the file that was selected when
starting the stitching plugin.
I would have expected the file to show the actual file names of all the
images that were stitched together with their relative coordinates. Is
this a bug that could easily be fixed?
Any thoughts?
