Bug in Synchronize Windows

ved sharma
Hello,

I found the following problem when running ImageJ in daily build (1.48c7) or 1.48b or 1.47 but the problem disappears when further downgrading to version 1.46.

I am trying to synchronize two stacks (each with c=1, z=1 and t=301). After clicking on the "Synchronize All" tab (with all the Sync options checked), red cross-bar shows up on both the stacks and if I draw an ROI, it shows up on both the stacks, but when I use scroll wheel of my mouse or click on the play button at the bottom, only the highlighted stack plays, other one does not. If I change both the stack properties to c=1, z=301 and t=1, then both the stacks play with scroll-wheel or with "play" button.

Thanks!

Ved

This bug is fixed in the latest ImageJ daily build (1.48c8).
