Build Trainable Weka Segmentation in ImageJ

Dear ImageJ users, I'm trying to Build Trainable Weka Segmentation(a fiji plugin) in ImageJ in Netbean. But I got a problem, my program can not find weka library what I already added. I try add different weka's jar file, it didn't work. Did someone get this kind of problem? Can you direct me to solve it? Thanks,
