CFRP analyse

Hi all, I'm a student and I'm writing my master thesis.
Aim of my project is finding a damage accumulation in CFRP (carbon fibre reinforced polymer) [90/0]s composite laminates subject to in situ loading to failure, through a code in Fiji. In particular it is worthwhile to analyze:
1)Single breaks;
2)Clusters(group of neighbouring broken fibres);
3)Fiber Orientation
4)How many breaks are in each fiber
5) Find near neighbour distance
I have a stack of images (about 2000) and I attach here one image.
Until now I find the single breaks and the clusters, but I have a problem with the last 3 points. Can anyone help me?
