I want to use ImageJ to realize CT 3D reconstruction from projections based on filtered-back-projection algorithm. Does any one has this plugins or know how to do it with ImageJ? Thank you very much. if you need to incorporate a cone-beam geometry, you could also have a look at: http://conrad.stanford.edu It will be released on 1.1.2014.
