µCT Scan images to 3D

Hi,

I'm doing a clinical anatomy project on atlantooccipital joint (between skull base and first vertebrae). I'm looking at the configuration of the joint. I've used µCT scan for one of my method (thousands of Tiff images). I'm very new to Fiji and ImageJ. I wanna look at the 3D reconstruction of this joint. I've tried to stack these images together (File>Import>Image Sequence: with Virtual Stack and 8bit grayscale). I've tried to reconstruct the 3D image through the 3D Image viewer but nothing came out. It's just blank. I don't know what to do. Help please!

I use the 3D viewer a lot for ct images. What you describe should work so here are a few tests. Do you have the same problem with a small data set as both a virtual and normal stack?  Is the viewer in parallel mode? I have had difficulty with the parallel projector, the "perspective" from the Edit->View preferences menu works better.  Can you to view the data on another machine? I have several high performance PCs running imageJ but one PC has problems with the graphics.
