Calibration Bar Function

Hi Fellow ImageJ users,
 
I'm trying to batch process the placement of a calibration bar.  When I
utilize the multiple image process macro, the RGB file that is generated
f(containing the calibration bar )rom each frame gets lost in the ether.
The output folder that I specified only contains the newly converted
.tif files.  Any help on this would be greatly appreciated....
