Can Anyone Explain the Trick Behind “This Is The Only Level Survival”?

Hi everyone,

I just discovered thisistheonlylevel survival, and I’m loving how it takes this is the only level to a whole new mode. The this is the only level obstacles seem randomized, and my this is the only level score keeps fluctuating wildly. Is there a reliable way to last longer? Also, does anyone know if this is the only level endless works differently or just keeps looping forever?
