Canon 5dsr .cr2

I am having difficulty importing a raw .cr2 file for the Canon 5dsr camera.  
I have tried to use several options, DCRAW, and the Raw file opener.
I suspect its something to do with ignoring the bytes containing all of the exif data.
Any help would be appreciated.

I have installed fiji and enabled Scifio.  Seems to at least load it now
