Alex,
The new real-time HD-210U high definition camera with MagicApp software from
Dage-MTI may offer a solution to your request. The HD-210U offers dual
outputs for live HD viewing and easy USB image capture, simultaneously.
One-click operation for image capture is included with the camera's MagicApp
proprietary software. When MagicApp is launched, a live high definition
image automatically appears on your display. Image capture can begin
immediately with a simple left click of the mouse. MagicApp automatically
labels, sequentially numbers, and time-date stamps each image saved. Users
simply repeat a left click for saving multiple images as desired.
Scrolling the mouse wheel allows sequential review of all saved images
instantaneously. A right click allows users to view a selected image or
delete unwanted images. A quick left click of the mouse returns users
directly back to the live image for continued analysis and image capture.
With a click of the center wheel, users access the optional settings to
change the format of saved files to jpg, tiff, png or bitmap, as well as
selecting the file destination. Multiple levels of folders can be created
or accessed. MagicApp also includes a TWAIN interface for live image
view and transfer into third party software.

Subject: Capture routine
Before I embark on my next crusade I wanted to see if the windmill had
already been tilted.
I would like a routine where I can can capture images from the camera using
a single hotkey. The routine needs to then save the image. After the first
image I want it to autosave after each capture(press of the hotkey)
incrementing the name of the file by one each time (Johnny 1. Johnny
2.....)then return to live image for the next file. Has anyone already done
this and willing to share?
Thanks in advance for the help
Alex
