I've come across a strange problem in the cell counter plugi
Dear all,
I've come across a strange problem in the cell counter plugin. Some colleagues in the lab next door have images with 36 different cell types.When they get past type 26, the numbering shown on the starts again from 9. The plugin is not confusing it with the previous marker-type 9, because the text is shown in a different colour to the previous number 9 and the marker is recorded correctly on the display window, in the Results window and in the xml file.
Even more strangely it only happens on some images and I can't replicate the problem on my computer so far.
Has anybody ever come across this problem before? I can't see a pattern or reason, so I'm a little stumped how to fix it, or what workaround to suggest.
