Dear ImageJ Users,
I am new to image J, and am using it for a fairly simple application. We have some z-stack images with 4 colour channels in which we need to quantify a number of co-labelled cells. I am using the Cell Counter plugin, but unfortunately the mark it leaves is nearly indistinguishable from our own images, so we risk double-counting cells.
I have thought of using the paint function to leave a clear mark, then go back and count these painted dots with the cell counter. However, I cannot change the colour of the ImageJ paint brush. It seems to revert to cyan or black, no matter what colour it is set on. Can anyone help me with this issue?
Cheers,
Joe
