Cell contraction-.AVI

Fabio Del Ben
Hi everybody,
I have a cell contracting in a .avi file.
Does anyone know how to measure the lenght of this cell throughout the movie (in each frame) and display results?
Thank you,
Fabio

Re: Cell contraction-.AVI

Cammer, Michael
Perhaps the simplest way is to draw a line selection through it and then reslice with interpolation turned off.  The result with preserve the spatial information along the X axis and in the Y axis each pixel will equal one time interval.  Then you could measure this.
