Hi there,
I'm doing a time lapse movie of some cells with labelled Golgi, and I would like to highlight one Golgi throughout the movie to show its movement. I can easily select it by using the wand tool but I can't seem to figure out a way to false colour it/change the lookup table for this ROI (without filling it as I want to keep the pixel intensity values and without changing the lookup table for the entire image).
Also ultimately I want to generate a kymograph from this highlighting the single Golgi I'm following, thus I was hoping there was also a way to keep the colors when generating a kymograph.
