Changing movie frame colour in Image J

Jeremy Sanderson
Hello listers,

I have acquired a Deltavision mpeg with two channel fluorescence and
DIC. By default the DIC channel is blue, and there is no option to
collect it as grey when using the DeltaVision deconvolution microscope
(that I know of).

I have converted the movie to *.avi format with virtual dub, and want to
split the avi into three channels so that I can use Image J to render
the blue DIC channel as grey.

I have tried to run the AVI splitter plugin, but have run into problems
trying to run the 'Compile and Run' commands.
From
http://imagejdocu.tudor.lu/imagej-documentation-wiki/gui-commands/compile-and-run
there is a series of commands to follow, but I'm unsure how to follow
these through.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks,
Jeremy
