ChannelArranger bug

Hello,

I noticed that running the Arrange Channels command on an image with more
than 10 channels throws an exception. Perhaps instead a warning to the user
that the command can't handle so many channels would be better.

This bug in the Image>Color>Arrange Channels command is fixed in the ImageJ 1.47t daily build.
