Dear all,
I have been developing a plug-in for chromosome karyotyping by invoking some of the mothods from imageJ. Like i have used analyse particle method to find the number of chromosomes present on the metaphase spread.
Now i am stuck in finding the banding pattern of the chromosome.(i.e. The numbers of heterochromatic and euchromatic regions present on the perticular chromosome)
If any one suggest me how to achieve the above task then i would be thankfull to them.
