Hi, i'm pietro...
I've started working with imagej just a bit ago, to analize ciliary ganglia from embrios of chick...
in my line of work i've been using it to calculate the amout of growth of the neurite due to presence of factors...
for the next step i need to calculate the quantity of neurite included on a selection about some µm from the origin of the centroid of a selction created previously of the body of the ganglia...
i've tried to use the function Edit/selection/specify, but if i put the data of the centroid the selection created is not centered on the body of the ganglia...
how am i supposed to do it??
please i need it ot complete my thesys
