Collagen network

Hello everyone,

I'm trying to assess changes in collagen fibril network organization on cardiac valve sections. I would greatly appreciate whether you could suggest a software/program/plugin for ImageJ that can count and calculate collagen fibril diameter, number and orientation and the average degree of collagen parallelism.
