Make sure you first read all the papers that are referenced on the Fiji
coloc2 webpage.
Go to Fiji.sc and search for coloc2
Also read the colocalization page of the cookbook.
These will explain what the Maths is doing and why you get the errors you
see.
It took me a long time to understand what's happening.
Give yourself time to read, digest, re read, and develop a fell for it.
Put images in Dropbox.com where we can see them.
Raw images as saved by the microscope software.
Also give details of sample prep, imaging hardware etc.
Then we can really help you.
PSF should be about 3 pix if you made the images properly. Not 10.
