Colocalisation ratio y-intercept far from zero

Daniel White
Hi [hidden email],

Remember this is a statistical method. The selection of too few pixels
means the linear regression and correlation maths used to find thresholds
is killed because too little data is input.

Instead of analysing one small roi, instead analyse many many small ROIs at
the same time by putting many images into a stack and defining the ROIS as
a mask channel image the same size as the stack.

Read Coloc2 docs on the wiki to see how.

Best

Dan
