Colocalization - HELP!!!

Tithi Dutta Roy
Hi everyone,
I have used ImageJ in the past year to find cell area in images, that has
been great.  However, I now want to look at colocalization of adhesion
proteins in osteoblasts, and I am not quite sure what I get when I use the
various plugins.  I am most interested in the Colocalization Finder plugin,
as it seems to give some quantitative numbers on colocalization overlap,
but I am not sure what I am looking at.  HELP!!!  : )  If anyone has any
advice at all, that would be wonderful.  I am not signed up on the
listserv, so if you could just email me here at this address
([hidden email]), that would be great.  Thanks so much in advance,
and I am sure to get great advice from you guys.

Tithi

Re: Co localization - HELP!!!

Ruy
Hi

I am also interested in the Colocalization Finder plug-in.

I think it works fine for colocalization of double labeled fluorescent
samples.

Please, I would like to receive some input from the experts of this interest
group

Thanks

I would suggest to read the "More colocalization plugins..." thread in the
Mail archive.
