I'm new to ImageJ/FIJI, and I thought it'd be quicker to ask the list...
I'm looking to color threshold RGB images.
Is there a plugin out there that will let me click on 1 or more points on an image, and calculate RGB threshold values that would include all of the clicked points?
We mostly deal with DAB stained images, but not necessarily.
