Color based Threshold

Hello,

Normally, when i use color based threshold, and i adjust the different hue,
saturation or brightness etc, the background appears as white. Today, I
reinstalled Macbiophotonic ImageJ and upgrade to 1.41g version of ImageJ.
Now when I use color based threshold, it gives me black background. How can
I get the white blackground please. Because on white background, its easy to
see and compare the image.

Can you help me in this regard? Thanks a lot.
