Color colocalization of 2 channels (Z-stacks) in ImageJ

Hello everyone,

I have two z-stacks ("2 channels") and I need to quantify the number of colocalization points between the two z-stacks. I've only found plugins allowing me to analyze the full projection images of the z-stacks but I need to find the colocalization points while considering the 3D nature of my images.

Do you know any plugin in ImageJ that would allow me to this in either a 3D visual representation or just by comparing each image of each z-stack consecutively?
I would like to be able to visualize the colocalization points in case any manual correction may be needed.

Hi,

You can try the 3DManager if you can segment your data, else the
classical Jacop should be helpful :
