Combining point selections in the Roi Manager

Christopher Coulon-2
Hi,

I am relatively new to the Roi Manager and would like to know if it is
possible to combine sets of roi points made with the Point Selection tool,
e.g., I have two sets of cells, say, red and green.  I mark each set with a
set of points and add them to the Roi Manager, and I can only see one or the
other set by clicking their name on the Roi Manager, as expected.  Selecting
both sets and doing a Combine still only shows the last selected set,
although with other rois, e.g., freehand, the Combine shows all the selected
rois.  Is there a way to show two or more sets of Point Selections?

Thanks in advance,

Chris Coulon

TextCanvas JavaDoc

Joachim Wesner
Hi list,

I´m currently working on updating the TextWindow class to add a "formatted"
print option
so that also the column structure is retained as good as possible in the
printout.

I just noted that for some reason, there seems to be no API doc entry at
all
for the underlying TextCanvas class at

http://rsb.info.nih.gov/ij/developer/api/index.html

Any reason for this or simply oversight? (It seems the /** entry is simply
missing)

I can add this doing the update!

Sincerely

Joachim

coupled graphics

Thomas Doering
Dear List,
Perhaps somebody could help me out with this: Is there a possibility, when i
have 2 stack-windows open with same size, same number of images, if i can
couple these two windows the way, that when i scroll in one window, the
other one changes automatically together?
Thanks for any suggestion,
Cheers, Thomas
