Hi Everyone!
First, apologies if this has been discussed before - I'm sure it has but I haven't been able to find it.
I have a set of separate z-stacks, each at a time point. I want to stick them all in one hyperstack. I can work out the x,y,z translations needed to align them using the 3D stitching plugin in Fiji (which works great) over an ROI. But how can I join these z-stacks together, and offset them in 3D to align them, as a hyperstack with z and t dimensions?
Thanks for any info
Andrew
