Hi,
I have an array of intensity values from a line profile (something like 250
values from a straight line ROI on a 32-bit image, but it can be first
converted to 16-bit if needed). I'd like to know what would be the easiest
way to calculate the autocorrelation curve of this array in a javascript?
I'm using Fiji so using a Fiji-specific class is a possibility, although a
IJ-strict solution would be welcome.
