Hello everyone,
Am a new member of the group..am new to using imageJ and i need help on the
contact angle plugin..i still do no know the exact process step by step to do it
because i dont end up getting the contact angle in d end but just get a bright
contrast image..so i already inverted the picture of the water drop..then i
chose the two point first for the base line which i made sure was at the same
line looking at the x-y coordinates..then i picked the other 3 points..am just
not sure after i pick the best fit option,i dont know how to set the
threshold..a pop up of removing points appear which have threshold
adjustment..then a pop up of apply lut appears with check boxes on thresholded
pictures to foreground color, remaining pixels to background color,and black
foreground white background options..which am i to choose?help would really be
appreciated..thank you very much..
