Conversion to Generic Bayer Raw Format

Hi

Can anyone help me in opening a .CR2 image in bayer raw format in ImageJ.
.CR2 image is what we call Cannon camera raw format, but i want to convert it to generic bayer raw format(can be any CFA)

I can even share a file in .cr2 format if anyone needs for testing

The Bio-Formats Importer plugin should be able to read .CR2 files.
Bio-Formats is part of the Fiji ImageJ distribution (http://fiji.sc/) and
will be called automatically as needed when you choose File > Open from the
Fiji menu.

If it doesn't work for you, you can submit a non-working file to us using
Help > Upload Sample Image and we will investigate the problem.

Can't help you with that, although ImageJ does support export to many
formats, including TIFF.
