Convert to Binary

Dear all,

When i apply a threshold to an imagej, it is converted automatically to an
inverted LUT. I can apply some binary processes (such as file holes,
dilate) but when i try to apply watershed to segment, imagej replies me
that it only can be applied to binary images.

Do you know how can i convert it?

Please provide a small macro that reproduces the problem. You can create the macro using the recorder (Plugins>Macros>Record). Use one of the images in File>Open Samples (e.g. Blobs) as a test image.
