Dear creators/users
I would like to ask for help for understanding how ImageJ converts some image files into different file formats.
I am currently editing .img files, which is in a logarithmic scale (16bit unsigned, big endian), and noticed the image scale reading are different when saved into a tiff file.
It seems the tiff files are in linear scale but Im not entirely sure about it,
and even if so I would like to know how the conversion is done from the original log scale img file to the tiff file.
Would be grateful if someone could answer me how this is done.
