I am trying to use ImageJ to calculate the Convex Hull of seeds that I have scanned. How do I use this?

Click the point tool, click on each seed while holding shift to build up
your selection. Then press L and type "convex hull" and execute the Convex
Hull command to convert the selection to the convex hull.

P.S. You could also build up your list of points via some automated
segmentation algorithm such as "Find Maxima"
