Corrected question: How can I measure object length?

Jonathan Rosenthal
Hello again,
I just saw the typo in the message I just sent - so here's the
corrected version.
I'd like to use ImageJ to measure the length of some caterpillars
in digital images. When I clicked on "Analyze" and then "Set
Measurements" it seemed that all the options were for area, none for
length. I'm guessing there has to be some way to measure length - if
you know, please tell me.

Thanks very much,

When you use a line selection, length and angle are the two implied
measurements.   If you use a line selection and then "Analyze-
 >Measure", you will see that you "length" and "angle" in addition to
the options selected in "Analyze->Set Measurements...".
