Could not open 2D tiff images as a 3D stack by throw the folder to Image J

Hi,

I was trying to build ITK with CMake, and installed Visual Studio to be the compiler under Windows 7.
While installation, the software (maybe CMake or VS) asked to "write to PATH".
I chose this option (otherwise errors would happen). Then I got a new problem with Image J as mentioned in the subject. I guess changing the path might cause Image J not able to open 2D tiff images as 3D stack,
simply by drag a folder of the 2D images to Image J.  

I tried to uninstall Image J then reinstall again, restart the computer, remove CMake and VS
(but I don't know where I can change the path back). None of them worked.

Now I can only open a 3D image stack by import image sequences.
Is anyone could help? Any suggestion would be appreciated!
