Hi there,
I'm a new ImageJ user and my usage for the software will be mainly to count
the # of colocalized regions (botouns of specific cells in green and
glutamate vesicular transporters in red) in several z stacks. Since I'm the
only one using it in the lab I've relied on literature and reviews to learn
how to do that and I reached to the conclusion that to do colocalization
analysis in a z stack I either have to do z projection (which will not work
with my aim at all) or to do the analysis on each slice by its own (which
makes more sense and will be more reliable). The question here, is there any
faster method or an available plugin that will allow me to count the # of
colocalized regions in the z stack without having to do each slice on its
own and that will save me a lot of time?
Your reply is greatly appreciated, thank you!
Cheers,
Lina
