You have to go to analyze>set measurements/ and there select Area, Mean gray value, Integrated density.
When you use analyze particles you will have to select a treshold instead of from 0 to infinite, change the value 0 for a value of area next to the one of your cells, so it recognizes only the shape of them. After that they will be selected (with analyze particles), and then you will have acces to ROI manager, there you select all your cells and click in measure and you will get the data you are looking for.

Asunto: Counting cell and mean grey
Hello everyone
I have a doubt about If I can count cell and mean grey of each cell at the
same time in a picture. I know the first step it is use a threshold and
with the tool "analyze particules" try to get that parameters, but i am not
sure the way to use it. Add a picture.
