Hi All
I have an image with multiple channels and I am writing a macro to count the cells where I have colocalization. I have a problem when one of the staining I am comparing is dotted and not diffuse in the all cell (like GFP). I normally do a colocalization highlighting and then count the highlighted pixels with the nuclear counting plugin and it works fine for diffuse staining but not for the dotted ones or where the staining is not in the whole cell.
Anyone have a good idea on how I can solve this problem?
Any help will be really appreciated!
