Hi,
I'm newbie with imageJ but i found many useful features inside this software. Now, I have problem which I can't solve but i thin that shuld be simple with imageJ.
Here is problem:
- I have .avi video sequence which i convert to image stack.
- I like to have 1'st image in stack as "background"
- I like to compare every next image inside stack with "background" image and calculate how many different pixels according to background that image contains.
Practical problem is: I have place where honey bees come for feeding. I like to know distribution of bees during the time.
Any other ideas how to solve this problem is welcomed.
Sorry for my not so good English but i hope you understand.
