I am pleased to announce a new edition of the "Computer Optimized
Microscopy" course to be held from 26th to 30th of June in Barcelona.
This is an intensive 5-day image analysis course mainly based on FIJI.It
extends from a general view of the image processing basics to the
analysis of specific optical microscopy techniques such as FRET and
FRAP. Moreover the course will also provide some macro programming tools
to automatize the image analysis process.
