Creating a color coded 3D image with TrakEM2

Hi, I am a neuroscience student currently working with TrakEM2 in Fiji, and I was wondering how to select multiple objects of the same kind to make them the same color in the 3D image viewer. I have around 50 each of three different cell types, and I want to distinguish them by color in the 3D image viewer, is there a way to select all of them and apply one color rather than going through one by one?
