Cytogramme within ImageJ

CARL Philippe (LBP)
Dear all,

Is there a plugin (or even part of plugin) within ImageJ/Fiji that would
allow to make cytogram representations?

And then from this representation to define a ROI which element positions
would then be shown up within the source pictures?

I thank you very much in advance for your help and hints.

My best regards,

Philippe

Hi Phillip,

I tried to develop such a plot image link and will look if it still runs
with the current fiji/ij version. Then I will let you know and potentially
can also add it to the biovoxxel update site. Disadvantage at the time of
testin it was. The the performance was quite slow for bigger images and
especially for increasing ROI sizes in the plot.

I'll get back to you here via the list when I have access to the plugin and
tested it once more.

Cheers,
Jan
