Hi All,
I am very new to ImageJ so I would like to go ahead and apologize for the simplicity of my question.
I would like to use ImageJ to quantify the DAB intensity on the striatum during tyrosine hydroxylase staining.
1. Is that Possible?
2. I've looked up previous posts and I've noticed the recurrent mentioning of the plug in "color deconvolution". Is that an appropriate plugin for my purposes?
3. If so, how do I use it? I was able to create images with my vector values determining colors, but I dindn't know where to go from there..
Anyways, any help would be very much appreciative.
