DICOM converter

yuanchen
Dear All Friends

Does ImageJ have a DICOM converter?  I ve got the 3D reconstructions (image
sequence) from the microCT which are of the 16-bits TIFF format. Now I
would like to convert and save them as DICOM.

Is there any way to do that?

Best

As far as I know, you have a Skyscan system in Sheffield. To convert its
files to DICOM, just download their DICOM converter utilitiews from
their website at http://www.skyscan.be/products/downloads.htm and follow
the instructions.

Hi Yuan,

The Tudor Dicom Tools plugin suite can save as DICOM:

I have never used DICOM converter in ImageJ. Does it have that kind of tool? I have only checked the free trial package of some 3rd party DICOM. You can google it and choose one whose way of processing is simple and fast to help you. I hope you success. Good luck.
