Try my simple Figure_Calibration plugin: draw a rectangular roi
around the parts of the your graph with obvious values, call this
plugin, tell it what the corners of the roi are supposed to be, and
then you can enter the points using a point roi and a measurement click.
Not automatic, but really simple:
