Databases for testing statistical methods

Hi,
I'm statistician and I would test some statistical methods on biological database.
For example, a database where two groups of individuals are present : a group of person having a disease (ideally more than 50) and a group of control person (ideally more than 50).
For each individual, the database contain some cells (ideally more than 200) and on each cell some features are measured (area, shape, perimeter, etc.)
I would known if you know website where free access database are available for testing statistical methods.
