De-stack and re-stack

Gabriela Venturini
Hi,

I am having problems with TIFF images output from an acquisition
timecourse. The software output each timepoint acquisition as a stack of
two images. I need to unstack these two images to restack with the entire
time course. any easy ways to do this? I cant manually unstack then
re-stack as it is a timecourse of 200 different acquisitions.

Tks!

All best

Re: De-stack and re-stack

Cammer, Michael
Can't you concatenate all stacks and then resample as needed by either reducing with and without the first slice deleted or by turning into a hyperstack and splitting?
