"Decompose stacks" and "Recompose stacks" plugins

Hi Everyone,

 I want to register images by using "bUnwarpJ" plugin through "Register Virtual Stack Slices" and this plugin takes individual files as input, while i have a stack of images which i have got after applying "Multistackreg". I need the  "Decompose stacks" and "Recompose stacks" plugins to automatically decompose the stack and recompose it finally after registration. I have googled for many times but could not found these plugins. Can any one point me the right direction to get these or is there any other plugin which can do the same job?
